One Two Three.

One of the best part of my (week)day is the time after I have showered, and start doing the things I enjoy...like reading a book, surfing the internet, chatting and even just doing random things. I wish I could just stretch this period of time for as long as possible, which is probably why I always end up sleeping past 1am. Which is not a good idea because sleep fatigue accumulates and by the next day, I'm half dead. Imagine me on a Friday (O.o)... I guess showering plays quite a significant role because I feel much fresher after that. And also maybe because I get to wear over-baggy, mis-matched, loose-fitting clothes, and everyone still loves me the way I am =)
A little something about my working life...since I entered the working world, I found myself asking the same question over & over again: do I really like what I'm doing? I know a lot of people work just for the money. I did too once, and realised that I was complaining way more than I wanted. So, I decided to act on it instead. I became unemployed, changed jobs, changed field, and even took a pay cut. Everyone told me that I should stay in the position for some time to show commitment, and switching jobs reflects badly on me. I want to believe that if I tried hard enough, I can find a job that I enjoy doing. Hence my rationale for switching jobs. Isn't it better if people stayed because they liked the job and leave because they don't? Why would bosses want employees who don't like their job to stay? At least we tried even if things didn't work out...no? Sometimes, it really seems that it's easier to focus on the salary aspect than the job scope =/
Doing the math (again), while we spend 18 hours awake with average of 6 hours asleep (lucky people): we have to allocate around 10 hours at work, 2 hours travelling, 3 hours eating (B/D/queue), 1 hour transition (bath/prepare/businesses), which leaves us...2 hours of 'enjoyment' (not including washing clothes/helping out at home etc.). So yeah, my daily schedule written in simple math.
