-----Commencement Ceremony-----
My commencement ceremony came and went and all I can say is, I'm glad it's over =) Initially, I was quite looking forward to this event because I've never worn a graduation robe and attended a ceremony of this scale. But towards the end, my lethargy got the better of me and I was feeling tired after event. It was like here's the tea-session, then time to meet my family and have a quick meal *noms* then it's almost late for the reporting period and a whole bunch of scrolls (btw it's fake as I was told backstage) awarding process, and lastly followed by trying to find my family and friends for a few quick photos, everything within 6 hours. So by then, I was quite seh already and just wanted to get home and have a good rest. Guest I'm just not those kind of person who enjoys mixing around in crowds. But I'm really quite grateful for all the people that made an effort to attend my ceremony, you guys rock!
my family!
Yup that's them playing with the big bear while I'm stuck inside the ceremony...
I'm on TV! 4D anyone? Okay it didn't open anyway zzz
Yay,  a big THANK YOU to those who gave me the gifts! I love em' all!
And a penultimate photo to sum up my feelings for the day:
 Two words that's now a fact...whee~

-----Celebrating of my graduation-----
First there were presents, and then there was FOOD! Yeah man! Days after my commencement, my family went for a good meal to celebrate my graduation. Yep, a treat from my father (Thanks dad!). We ate at Pow Sing which we hadn't went in a loong loong time, and the food there was still as good. We over-ordered as usual but we also finished all the food, as usual muahaha~ We almost proceeded on to have desserts but we're all too full for it and I think we decided to postpone (postpone only right? not cancel horh?!) it. Anyways, I'll do my best to make them go for desserts soon heh heh heh...

The next food outing was also a treat =) His friend introduced this Japanese place and *okay come lets blink our eyes* in the next moment, we're there. Hahas, the food tasted quite good actually...and amazingly, we took like only 20 minutes to finish the whole meal cos' we were rushing for a movie. So, I can officially call this "fast food". But it won't come easy on your wallet lorh, just fyi ;) Here're they go...
Firstly, presenting the roe sushi:
Then the multi-coloured salmon-wrapped roe sushisss!
Woo! These are one of my fav japanese food...the agedashi toufu (the more the sauce, the better the toufu usually):
Okay, this picture captures the sea urchin (he says it's super nice) and a salmon sushi we never got to eat cause it's a wrong order...
My toufu skin order! I actually ordered the one with tuna but the plain ones were served instead...for this, my takeaway is that its better to try other more challenging sushis because toufu skin sushi taste almost the same everywhere, even homemade one =P
Soft shelled crabs! Haven't had them in the loongest time yeah...
 Salmon-belly sushi...the best of the lot =)
A happy boy with a happy meal!

-----Horse/Dog farm Visit-----
I didn't knew this place existed in the pulau Singapore, but *tada* there it is. It's quite amazing really, because I really like horses. I think they exude the kind of majestic feel when they are really well-kept/fed and they have really strong muscular body structure that even machines are categorized by their power. So one fine day, we brought the little one to visit the horse farm. It was actually my sis's intention to let her ride the horse but because of the age limit, the ride will have to be postponed. Nevertheless, we bought some food to feed one of the horses, and the experience was not too bad! How good would it be if I were to stay at a farm, I'll be able to ride a horse everyday and milk a cow when I needed a drink. -.- ok now the miley cyrus movie keeps poping up into my mind zzz.
Her expression on the first horse-seeing experience:
Did she find her height buddy here again? I wonder...
 Horse feeding!

---Starting of work---
My working life started not too long ago, but ever since then, time has passed really really quickly. Working life is not very different from my school life. On the contrary to what most people say, I'm doing similar things to that I do as an undergrad, but the expectations of me is definitely much higher, even I raised the expectation for myself. Actually, I find jobs really interesting, because it mirrors something similar in life. Ever since I took up this job, there were responds from jobs that I'd applied before, and since I don't usually randomly apply to any-o-position, the offers that came were also jobs that I had interest in. But there are many other factors to consider, and consideration says to appreciate what I have and do the best I can. There will always be better jobs, and perhaps even better job offers, but in the end, its the passion for your job that counts. Of course there'll be tough times, but a smooth sea never made a skilled sailor ;)
